Preferred Owner Program
 

1. Eligibility
  • The Program is open to all retail customers of Legacy Chevrolet Cadillac Saab, Inc.
  • You do not need to own or purchase a GM vehicle to participate.

2. Sales Points • Sales Points are good towards the retail purchase of a new or used vehicle from Legacy.
 • Customers can earn points toward another vehicle purchase with any Customer pay event in the Dealership. 
 • Each newly issued card will be pre-loaded with $100.00 from Sales.

3. Service Points 
 • Service Points can be earned or redeemed for Service, Parts, and Accessories at Legacy.
 • Purchase amounts and Purchase Points are not rounded off. These examples avoid using fractions for simplicity’s
   sake.
 • Each newly issued card will be pre-loaded with $40.00 from Service.
4. Other Terms and Conditions
 • You may redeem 5% of the Customer Pay part of the transaction up to a maximum of 250 Sales, Service or Parts
   Points. • 1 point equals $1.
 • Service, Parts & Sales Points can be earned and redeemed only on full-priced retail transactions. They cannot be 
   earned or redeemed on wholesale, fleet, warranty, or discounted services or terms. 
 • The Program awards you five percent (5%) of every dollar you spend in Sales, Service, Parts, or Accessories at 
   Legacy.
 • Cards does not expire from the date of issue. 
 • Access your Preferred Owner account by going to the Program’s website, www.GMPreferredOwner.com. In order to
 access your account, you must have provided a valid email address to Legacy at the same time you enrolled in the
 program. You may also call the Program’s customer service line at 1-877-249-9312. 
 • Legacy reserves the right to modify the Program, whether wholly or in part. Legacy also reserves the right to change the points awarded or to vary, at its own sole and absolute discretion, the terms and conditions stated herein, including withdrawing, replacing, and /or terminating the program at any time and without any prior notice to the Program card holder. 
• All Points/Dollars earned can only be used at Legacy.
• Employees are not eligible to participate in the Preferred Owner Program.
• Participation in Preferred Owner Program constitutes each Preferred Owner’s full and unconditional agreement to  Terms and Conditions.
• The personal information that is collected from you in connection with the Preferred Owner Program will be used in accordance with the GM Privacy Policy.
• Coupons and other special offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Program.
• Reward dollars are non-transferrable and have no cash value.
• Returned items purchased with Preferred Owner reward dollars will not be exchanged for cash. The returned item’s program value will be returned to the Preferred Owner’s account.
